House of Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! FOOD IS NOT FRESH!! We ordered two salads grilled chicken Cesar salad and the house salad with grilled chicken added. Both salads were disgusting. The chicken was clearly reheated and dried out to the point of no return. We returned the salads and asked for a refund. The owner and his daughter began to argue that he just reheated the chicken and it wasn’t a big deal. He began to go on and on about the procedures to cook chicken. He never offered us an alternative selection nor did he apologize. Clearly the dispute wasn’t going anywhere, so we told him to keep his money. We will NEVER go back!...

The food is amazing but twice now their online ordering took our money but didn't take our order and the place refuses to make our food or give us a refund and we had to go to the bank to fight it. Never going here again if they like to take your money without giving you food. We had to prove to Slice our order was canceled because the shop forgot to turn off Slice when they were closed and were trying to fight us saying they delivered the food. Really tell me how you delivered food on a day you were closed. How do we remember this because it was a holiday and they were not open so they didn't deliver any...

For a place that makes pretty good pizza. The service is horrible. The man and the woman are terrible at communicating with each other. On more than one occasion I ordered pick up was told 20 to 25 mine. I get there on time and the order was never made so I have to wait another 15 min for them to make it. They argue while working it's terrible. My last straw was today I ordered delivery. I ordered it at 730. Was told about 45 mins. I'm just now getting my food at 10 oclock!. Cold and missing my 2 liter soda. 1 things for sure I will not be giving my money to this establishment ...
