Wow Lechonera & Wow Bakery — Restaurant in Allentown

I went cus i wanted to try something local, went smell the food and i was ready already to eat! Girl told us to sit and we waited for like 10-15mins to someone to take us the order, we order some white rice with pork, chicken wings with sweet fried plantain and tostones for what ever reason we waited over 1hr and no one gave us the food, i ask how long until my food is ready it turn out that half of my order was just sitting in the counter waiting for the tostones to be ready at which point i ask ‘it took 1hr to make some tostones!?’ The response was ‘I don’t have anything to do with that, that’s how long it takes’ i make tostones in my home and even if i were to proceed to make the process from scratch it will not take me 1hr to make them not to mention the food was cold and to top it off my order was still missing some items that I ordered! Worst service by far ! I would not recommend this place to anyone that don’t like to wait for over 1hr for their food! If i can review it as -5 stars I definitely would!

La chica nos dijo que nos sentáramos y esperamos como 10-15 minutos para que alguien nos llevara el pedido, pedimos un poco de arroz blanco con cerdo, alitas de pollo con amarllos y tostones por la razón por la que esperamos más de 1 hora y nadie nos dio la comida, pregunte cuánto tiempo hasta que mi comida esté lista, resulta que la mitad de mi pedido estaba sentado en el mostrador esperando a que los tostones estuvieran listos, momento en el que pregunto: "¡tomó 1 hora en hacer algunos tostones!?” La respuesta fue "No tengo nada que ver con eso, ese es el tiempo que lleva" yo hago tostones en mi casa e incluso si procediera a hacer el proceso desde cero, no tardaré ni 1 hora en hacerlos, sin mencionar que la comida estaba fría y para colmo, a mi pedido todavía me faltaban algunos artículos que pedí! ¡El peor servicio sin duda alguna! ¡No recomendaría este lugar a nadie a quien no le guste esperar más de 1 hora por su comida! ¡Si puedo revisarlo como -5 estrellas,...

I placed an order for a delivery, and paid with my debit card. An hour later, I noticed they had not arrived to deliver the food I ordered for my wife and I. I called the restaurant and they had closed. So they took my money, and never delivered my food. So wife and I had to start cooking at 9:00 PM. Absolute garbage and phone service should had warned me, because I heard my wife giving her the address and my wife had to repeat 4 times. After, I asked my wife please have her repeat the address to you, and sure enough the lady on the phone had written the address wrongly. Unbelievable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
