My wife and I stopped by for lunch and had two, new to us, fantastic sandwiches. The roast pork chimi was stuffed with meat and delicious. The roll was soft and the meat was tender and juicy. We also had the patacones, fantastic shredded beef in an extremely flavorful sauce sandwiched between a fried pancake of plantain.
