Absolute nightmare to work with. I signed a one year contract not knowing I would be moving and unable to travel to the gym. I attempted to cancel in person the last day I used the gym in the summer but was told I needed to cancel online. I continued to pay my monthly fee due to it being a contract. The contract was up 12/1/22 and I attempted to cancel. Although it was advertised as “easy” and “able to do so online” I was unable to cancel online. I called the customer care number which is a third party and they informed me I was auto renewed for another year even though I have not used this gym for over 6 months. I called the gym numerous times without an answer. When I finally got an answer, I was told that I needed to call the customer care number again and there is nothing they can do to help me. So I asked if that meant I needed to now pay 20$ a month plus an annual fee for another year and just very plainly got “yep”. Absolute lack of care for their customers, they just want their $. Read moreBeen a member for over a year. Signed up when it was still Robs Fitness Factory. When I signed up I did a no contract and had it taken out of my account directly. I never signed any paperwork stating when I canceled I would still be billed the next month if I didn't give 30 day notice. So I was billed for the next month. I also have a friend that also wanted to cancel and never signed any form of contract that wanted to cancel today the first and was told they would be billed for September and October because they had to give 30 day notice. This is absolutely crazy that they will be billed for October when it's the first of September. I can handle being billed for September since we both just canceled however being billed for the next month when it is in the 30 day mark is crazy especially when neither of us had contracts. Will not recommend this place to anyone or ever consider going back here...
Read moreI’ve traveled and went from gym to gym. Out of all them the customer service of Next Level Fitness is truly NEXT level. Almost instantly I’ve gotten email replies to help me, and a representative named Jalen Hale has personally came to the location and opened the door for me because it wasn’t opening to my barcode AFTER he just helped me set a new primary card. You just can’t beat it!
For amenities the gym has a half court for basketball, two lifting sections, treadmills and a spacious bathrooms/Showers. To complete it all the locker rooms are in great shape and they’re next to the sauna which feels amazing after a good workout!
This gym and its staff has earned all 5 stars from me! 10/10...
