What a refreshing find. It's really hard to find a great wine shop in the state. If you do, they are slammed packed with the same inventory of California Cabs, Pinots, Chards, followed by some bubbles and a few bottles of international wines. Not this place! Great selection of everything. I found some great under the radar Alsace Riesling and Gewurztraminer, Italian Moscato D'Asti (Vietti!), and an actual French Rose (Whispering Angel too-Score!). All at great prices and proof that you don't need 10,000 bottles in stock. The selection has breath and depth and covers all regions well. Honestly, one of the best wine stores if not the best in the state. Great selection of fan favorites from Napa and other regions too. All different price points, affordable bottles to expensive and everything in between. This is a wine store, if you don't know what you like or want, they can help. I had walked in to check to see if they carry a certain brand of wine. They didn’t have it in stock so I then asked if they could order it. Spoke to the manager Bree and she said she would check. I gave her my name and phone number expecting a call regarding it. Well I didn’t hear anything so I stopped by to check and she proceeded to tell me that she checked all distributors and was unable to order it. I proceeded to say it would have been nice to receive a. Phone call and her answer was that she couldn’t get it. Like that was the end of it. When does the customer deserve an answer regarding their inquiry? My husband and I have bought a lot of bourbon and Vodka and add on’s ( not all at one time) from them and we won’t be back. Well truth finally be told. I went in today after 2 months and bought 4 packs of beer. 1 was a year old. The other 6 months old and haven’t opened the last 2, I’m scared to look. This has been an ongoing thing with this place. I have 3 times now bought outdated beer, which of course you can’t see until the open the boxing. I’m still waiting for a 15 pack of Warsteiner I returned 2 months ago to have replaced, and when I go in it’s always “he will be here Friday with the new cases”. Well still haven’t gotten one (in 2 months) and now I’m done. I won’t shop here if it’s free, which it isn’t, the prices are very high.
