DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Frank the Owner is extremely insensitive and fails to take accountability for his broken promises. I received a flyer by mail (kitchen remodel with flooring included), I went into the the Showroom met with Frank, come to find the flyer was all a fraud the cost is much more. I decided to hire this company to remodel my kitchen and flooring. I had to call Frank to ask what time to expect his workers to arrive at my residence each time they came out (not once did he call me to communicate a time at all) when the workers arrived they were unable to communicate with me due to language barrier. All my cabinets were taken away, my flooring was to be removed next however I was then informed by Frank he was unable to take on the floors because he didn't know I had tile in my kitchen (he never once asked what flooring I had although he sent a designer out to take all measurements necessary to proceed in the job (again was unable to communicate with the designer - English wasn't his language spoken). I had to search for a company to floor my kitchen then call Frank back to be told he I had to wait an additional week to proceed in installing my cabinets (week 2 with no kitchen). I was then informed my granite I chose was no longer available, the pull out pantry wasn't installed, paneling for my refrigerator wasn't installed, also didn't receive a two waste basket pull out I ordered. Lastly beware Frank says his workers DO NOT TOUCH electrical which is a huge lie! I requested a back splash behind my stove (I had an electrical box there) I asked the worker to cap the outlet leave it as is and proceed in installing the back splash he decided to remove the entire electrical box out! This has caused electrical shortage issues with my microwave I installed above my stove! Frank refused to take accountability, demanded payment and can careless he caused a lot of inconvenience, he failed to take any responsibility for his promises he made and expected payment for the exact amount quoted when we initially gave him a job he was UNABLE to provide. Overall, working with Frank and New Concept Cabinet was a good experience.

First, demolition of our previous cabinets and counters went well. They were quick and did not cause damage to the surrounding walls in the process.

Second, the design portion was good. They even made a recommendation for a spice rack cabinet because we had a cabinet with skinny dimensions. I was not sure about it at first, but when we saw it in the showroom, I knew it was going to work really well.

Third, the cabinet install was great. The 2 workers worked very efficiently. My kitchen had a lot of complications in that the walls were not perfectly angled and one section of cabinets was suspended without a wall behind it for support. They problem solved right on the spot and got everything to be level. We pointed out some issues with drawers and they fixed them right away. The next day we noticed one section of cabinet was yellowish instead of the white we purchased. They came out same day to install a cover over it so it looks seamless with the rest of the cabinetry.

Obviously precision measurements comes with fears that appliances won't fit. But when we installed the stove, microwave hood, and fridge, all three fit perfectly.

We are very pleased with the amount of cabinet space we have for our small sized kitchen. The new cabinets really make the space look clean and modern, and we have New Concept Cabinet to thank for that.
