This is the place I've been looking for!!! holy moly. decided to try it on a whim, just driving by and wow! I had the special of the day which was a turkey avocado sandwich with drink and chips. 10/10 I also picked up a spam musubi and it is one of the best I've ever had. I almost walked back in to get the other one lol. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and kind. will definitely be my new spot....
