One said she hadn't had a bagel like it outside New York. What I can say for sure is that their customer service is fantastic. I went in and the young lady who helped me was very friendly, patience as I hemmed and hawed over what to get, and told me they had free coffee available while I waited. It was absolute torture to drive with those delicious smells in my car. And they were still pretty warm when I got to work.
