I honestly can't say enough about Home Zone Furniture! First of all, everyone in the store in Wichita Falls was so nice and helpful!! I found the perfect bedroom set there that I had initially found on line! I told the salesman that I wanted it. None of them were pushy at all because they do not work off commission. Another sales person wrote my order up, and set me up with delivery. They even honor veterans with a discount! I appreciate that! They delivered my furniture that coming Wednesday! It was even prettier than I remembered from the store. I was excited as I hadn't bought new bedroom furniture in 24 years! The delivery guys were so nice, and so polite! They even helped me in deciding exactly where to place everything. The next day I realized one of the drawers wasn't sliding correctly. So I message their customer service. She responded right away, and had me send some pictures. She set up for a new dresser to be delivered and swapped out within 2 days. I didn't think it really needed to be swapped out but ok. I think the track was just off. So they delivered a new dresser that Saturday. Again, they were very nice. They give you a tracking number and you can even see where the delivery guy is, and how many more stops he has before you!! Their customer service is next to none! This company really is amazing, and I'm head over heels in love with my new bedroom furniture!! I will definitely shop here again...

They get a 4 for their furniture. As an honest review, I went into Home Zone two days in a row. The first day, we were told by a salesperson that he would be right with us. After walking around for about 40 minutes with no other service, we left. I really liked their furniture and knew what I wanted, so we went back the next day. Magically, they see my husband in uniform and now we cannot get the salesperson to not help us. Funny thing, it was the same guy who had told us he would help us the day before but never came back to assist. Blake, you're a nice person but your intentions the second time felt almost in-genuine compared to the first visit. But again, he was nice the second time and helped us pick out the best furniture choice for our family's needs. And I will say, Robyn is amazing! She's very knowledgeable and pleasant, and she helped my husband and I complete our purchase today. Home Zone is the best place in town to buy furniture at a great price.
