Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

do not go to this taco bell period ...so I ordered 25$ in food and i took a bite out of one as I was leaving the parking lot and knew they made my burrito wrong so I pulled back around to the window having to wait 15min and once I got to the window they tried to excuse me of trying to get free food because I took a bite of the burrito ..I just ordered 25 dollars in food you think I would spend 20min to get a free bite? The entire staff is a disgrace ...they started to laugh saying I was trying to scam them for food ..the cook even said to me "you got me f*ked up are you freaking kidding me ..he said this with the store manager standing right there who did nothing ..that manager is a DISGRACE ...this was around 3pm day shift manager...owner of this taco bell if you are reading this you should have more pride in your place and FIRE these people ...I do not expect great things as far as customer service from a fast food place but I DO expect to get what I pay for and to not be cursed at when YOU made the mistake...again to anyone reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL..go down to kemp street taco bell or just go...

I placed a mobile order, that said it would be ready at 7:13 and I arrived at 7:10 to pick up my order. At 7:25 the manager said she wanted to make sure I “was there before she started making my food, so it didn’t get cold”. When I let her know my food was supposed to be ready nearly 20 minutes ago, she just said she knew and that she was slacking. The parking for mobile ordering is called “grab and go”, with the idea that your food is ready when you get there and you can just grab and go. People who ordered at the drive thru speaker after I arrived got their food before me. I’m tired of being put on the back burner for drive thru time efficiency, especially when they’re just pulling the cars around the front. I don’t see the point of a mobile app when the service you get defeats the purpose of the app. I know the fast food industry isn’t easy or glamorous, and I try to be understanding, but to me getting your food 22 minutes after the app said it should be ready is...

Its Taco Bell, if you've ever been to one you know what to expect. If you haven't its like Americanized mexican food. This particular one has always done well with my orders. I get all the right items just the way I ordered them.

Edit: I've had to edit my review of late. My last three visits have all been lacking. I love the bean burritos at Taco Bell, but lately they've been about the size of a taquito. I mean, it's not a tortilla wrapped around beans and cheese and sauce, it's just a wrapped tortilla with just enough beans cheese and sauce that you kinda get the flavor. Quesadilla is the same way, it has more of the cheese sauce than anything else. I used to love this place, but I'm getting to the point where I might not go back...
