NRS - National Roper's Supply — Local services in Wickenburg

I recently visited NRS to purchase a new straw hat and was specifically looking for an American Hat Company hat. The selection at NRS was absolutely amazing, offering a vast array of hats from top brands like American, Resistol, Rodeo King, and many others. They have both factory-blocked hats and open crowns available. I chose an American Hat with an open crown, and Clay, the hat shaper on duty, was exceptional. He has an incredible eye and a true talent for shaping hats. My wife admired the shape of a blocked Resistol, and Clay expertly shaped my hat to match it perfectly. The result was flawless.

NRS also boasts a huge selection of hat bands and a wide variety of other western wear. Every employee I interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. The manager even sought me out after hearing I drove two hours to visit their store, personally thanking me for coming. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend NRS if you're looking for a quality...

Took a.couple hats to be shaped(not cleaned as they were brand new), Clay had shaped a hat for me before so I took 2 more in and much to my surprise it wasn't Clay working that day it was Clayton, long story short he ruined my silver belly, stained my husband's 400.00 custom and my justin. After showing them to the manager she said we will take care of, Clay will be back the following week. I got a call from Clay saying our hats were done. We live 2 1/2 hours away and drove back out there due to pictures not looking good, the manager turned into not a nice person and went as far as to stick her hand in my face, she wasn't happy she had to pay me for my sliver belly, I also bought another hat from them. I put a call into corporate and was assured they did not act like that and would get a call from the higher up, NO CALL BACK, NEVER SHOPPING...

I visited with my sons. My oldest was looking for boots. The one person doing the stocking was very helpful, but the other employee who was supposed to be helping was absent most of the visit. They only came to help after another employee directed them to. I decided to assume that even tho my son went over and asked questions and for assistance twice, they were giving him time to pick out what he wanted unbothered. Other than that the store had a lot to offer. My son found the boots he wanted and wants to go back again. There was a very nice selection of different brands and styles of boots and hats.
