Hello! I just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we received at two Napa stores today. Our car died right outside Wiggins, CO. A local lent us some battery power to get to Napa, less than a mile away. When we got there, Brady helped us by installing a new battery and diagnosing the problem. through testing, he discovered the problem was our alternator. The one we needed wasnât in stock, but he found one for us at the Napa in Fort Morgan. He called them to ensure it would be set aside for us. During all this, he let me charge my phone inside, which was much needed! When we got to Fort Morgan, the guys there called around to find a shop that could help us. About an hour later, we were back on the road! Everyone along the way was extremely helpful and kind and really made us feel that we were in good hands. Brady in Wiggins especially went above and beyond, and his positive attitude helped set the tone for everything going forward, even though we were hot and tired and frustrated with our car....

Nearly every time i was hardly greeted and had to ask for help to find common parts they did't have and needed to order. From bad attitudes to nearly zero instock parts that other NAPA stores have in stock, I will no longer do business with this NAPA. The last time I visited, the manager confronted me about buying top grade parts instead of the cheaper parts. I would rather drive to Fort Morgan or Greeley than to ever be confronted by a sales...
   Read moreStopped here with an emergency break down traveling back home from vacation. It was close to closing time on Saturday of Memorial weekend. They didnât have the part I asked for but when taking off the pulley Gil took it in and found a bearing for it. He got it out of the pulley and put the new one in. When the store closed down, Gil came out and got the belt back on for me as I could not get it to go, and this was on his own time and made sure we were good to go. He went out of his way for a $5 repair. Thanks...
