Tried to inquire about tracking inconsistencies where items would show "delivered" then show up days later, or "delivery attempted" when we were home and cameras showed no one approach the residence.

Employee who took my call was very dismissive, discourteous, but made a GREAT case for privatizing all mail correspondence and abolishing the inefficient post office.

Update employee retaliated by using the complaint information to stalk me through social media: by alleging corruption/libel, bombardment of name calling, and making fun of veterans. Telling me and my family to "go back to where we came from" and telling others she delivers my mail and that I am "too lazy" to pick it up every day.

Disgusting and sad. I hope she finds whatever she needs to for her own peace of mind. Totally unacceptable that she is entrusted to deliver mail when she treats customers on her...

I went in on 6/22 at 9:30am and can not believe someone as rude as this lady even has a job still. I had everything g I needed to open a PO box and she was snippy and condescending. I will never come back to this post office because I was so THOUROUGHLY DISGUSTED with this womans awful attitude and mannerism. I have never had such a ridiculous customer service...
