I shared photo evidence of the OWNERS being rude over a thread on Facebook and how there was plastic burned into my burger patty and it got REMOVED... if that doesnât speak volumes of this establishment.. I donât know what does. 0/10. The owners inherited a business in a small town that was already thriving before them and they want to take credit for that and be rude when you leave negative feedback on the issue. They have put zero percent effort into updating or remodeling the place.. in several comments they have stated they are âworking on updating thingsâ and have yet to do so.
they admit to deleting bad reviews and will call you a liar when you have hard PROOF of their burgers containing foreign items. DO BETTER AND TAKE CRITICISM. If you cannot accept that YOU GUYS messed up something.. do not run a business. End of story. Itâs not about what you guys âdo for your communityâ.. your food is simply bland and overpriced. Why would I (or anyone for that matter) upload a fake image?Get a grip and stop denying that you are also susceptible to messing up.. THIS is why you guys will never have my business again and hopefully.. anyone else who sees this has common sense to not give you their hard earned money. My review was based on your awful attitudes about the matter and the simply horrible food that was servedâŚ. It is OVER PRICED, and the wait is always 20-30 minutes in the...
Read moreThis little place is old school cool. Best known for the humongous double lot o cheeseburger, they also have some really awesome confections such as the Tom Cat shake, fried Oreos, and some classic snacks such as good ol fried pickles. A hidden treasure on the menu that is also wonderful are the Philly Fries. OH MY!! They are LOADED with Philly meat, provolone, onions and peppers with brown gravy on the side! YUM!! On the added plus side the prices are fair... However, hometown establishments such as these tend to hire very young girls that you may have to repeat your order to several times. For the most part, the food is pretty good. Sometimes, you may wait awhile or you may have overcooked food, a thin runny shake, your order may be wrong altogether. But I mean, it tends to happen right? Unfortunately, it does seem to happen more frequently here...If you order a shake make sure and ask for it to be made thick. I also Suggest to check your order before You leave to make sure itâs not overdone and correct. It is a bit inconvenient but donât let that bum you out because I do feel as though Frosty Mug still serves up a positive...
Read moreStopped by here when I stayed in Wiggins for Memorial Day weekend on a motorcycle trip with my son. The price was good considering how other restaurants are pricing their food. We had a small roast beef po boy, fries, a vanilla shake, a bbq sandwich and a large cheese cake sno one. Total was $19 and some change. The roast beef po boy was ok if you like thick sliced roast beef on a po boy, Iâm more of a thin pulled apart roast beef person on my po boy. Maybe just my preference but it is what it is. The fries were way under cooked and hard with no seasoning at all. Salt and ketchup helped but they were still hard. The vanilla shake tasted like frozen milk more than ice cream and was not sweet at all. The cheesecake sno cone did not taste like cheesecake at all, no one could place the taste but it was somewhere between vanilla and weak coconut. We took the bbq sandwich with us so I canât comment on it yet. I will say it is huge and looks goodâŚ. I probably wonât be back but might recommend it if you are trying to feed several kids...
