Terrace Grocery — Local services in Williamsburg

Been going to this store since the Damians owned it,and before the Damians,it is a great store with many selections of snacks and fresh food,today was this first time I have been disappointed about buying something from terrace grocery,I asked for two chicken breast and received two thighs instead,when I called to let them know,the little short guy behind the counter answered the phone and tells me I got two breast,#1 he didn’t fix my order,neither did he check my order before I left,but yet he tells me I got two breast,I don’t have any reason to lie about some chicken I could get anywhere,yet I’m supporting a local business because I have respect for the owners (very nice people) just upset about customer...

It's rediculous that this place calls itself a place of business yet several times has closed randomly with no warning before the time it says it will. Has often said they will cook hot food products fresh but then everytime I request it refuse and tell me to just buy what's made. I once ordered a sandwich and I had to point out the roll of bread had mold on it and was given a hard time about switching bread rolls( I walked out on that one). It's sad really because I have been coming to this store since I was a kid, and I've tried to stick with them even through others descriminate against them but obviously they don't care about their customers so why should I continue to...

Grabbed some gas here today. Good little corner location to get in and out pretty quickly. Pretty good size inside and well-stocked with drinks and snacks. Also a good place where you can come pick up some fishing they ate. They have worms, shrimp and Squid in a little refrigerator. The chicken smelled great!
