Very rude staff!!! They don't know there rules and regulations. The girl asked what I was mailing and I told her and she immediately said "you can't mail that!!!!!" I could have easily lied but i didnt, i told the truth. When I told her that I could mail ground.. She says "oh" and proceeded to process my packages. Had I NOT told her THEIR RULES, I would have walked out without my items being shipped. When I asked her WHY did my items need to be shipped ground( because it didn't make sense) she immediately became defensive and the guy named Terrell who was waiting on a customer felt the need to chime in which was an entire different conversation because he inserted himself into a conversation he knew nothing of nor did he correctly answer the question. That's probably why its best to work with one customer at a time and not assume. As for the girl, she was a young rude black girl and had she been wearing a name tag, I could tell you her name. Please get employees who are knowledgeable and willing to assist customers. The attitudes were rude and they acted as if customer service...

I have passed this post office for a couple of years now. I've read the reviews twice over and with a pensive heart, I decided to come to this little post office. Mrs Pitts was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She even found a box that would fit my needs better than what was in the lobby. Once my transaction was completed. She told me about her upcoming weekend. I shared with her that a good co-worker is leaving for a higher paying job. She could see that I was a little sad. She gave me the most loving, grandmother talk, that I didn't know I needed. We both said goodbye holding hands and in tears. What the heck just happened....at the Post Office??? I visited the post office today in norge and usually I go to the store to buy tape and boxes because to me it seems cheaper. We I just needed to send a small package. Figured in and out. Well thanks to Carol Pitts my live is so much better. I was on the way to my doctors cause my anxiety was so bad from the covid 19 outbreak. Yes I am currently out of work.
