4 Star Athletic Complex — Local services in Williamsport

We had a double birthday party for my 2 son's at 4 star recently. I couldn't be any happier with how the party went. Everything is very organized and the staff was wonderful! They were ready and waiting on us when we arrived. The room was prepared, which is a big plus in my book. All of the tables (with tablecloths) and chairs were set up and ready to go for us. The two young ladies, Kaydee and Kenzie were eager to help and explained everything to us. They took the kid's (about 17, including b-day boys) and played 3 different games with them. The girls were excellent with the kid's and kept them entertained. They had a blast! After the games they let them run free and play for a bit. We then finished up in the party room. The girls even helped clean everything up afterwards. I'm used to parties being stressful and doing a lot myself. It was so nice to have helpers from start to finish and be able to actually enjoy the party. If you're on the fence about booking a party here, go for it! ...

I just had a birthday party there for my 10 year old.The young ladies that supervised our party were really nice and patient with the 16 party goers. We had the whole gym to ourselves which was nice since this complex is typically busy. The facility was clean and prepared for us to party. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. My only issue I had was on three separate occasions in less than 30 minutes I was told where to pay I needed to pay. Either the facilitators were not on the same page in communicating "who" would direct me to payment, which they stated loudly, or they were in fear I would not pay before departing? Staff is Rude and not helpful. Called to get information regarding their program and see what program I had got approved for on the waitlist since I initially asked to be signed up for a few. Just to be told to look at my emails for the class and time from almost a month ago. Also wanted information to see what the program goes over to compare it to her cheer program and got very vague answers from someone who clearly didn’t want to do their job. If I saw the information on my emails I clearly wouldn’t have. Not a good way to start business off with...
