Subway — Restaurant in Williamsport

There was a promotion going on that if you buy 1 footlong sub then you get the 2nd one for $1. This subway was on the promotion list so I ordered our subs and it took my money out of the bank and said that my order would be ready at 3pm. I get there to pick my order up and the lady said that they don't honor that promotion and that my money should go back into my bank account but she didn't know how long it would take. Corporate you need to get your stuff straight because this is total bull. Im out $17 and mine and my daughters dinner because of you. I deserve an apology and a free sub coupon or something like that. Take off all the subways from the list that don't actually do these promotions. I also called 4 different numbers for the subway corporate office but you can't even talk to a real person. If I could rate a zero I definitely would. After reading other reviews, sad to see I was not the first or only one. I ordered online with a promotion applied for a buy one footlong and get one for a $1. Within a couple minutes I get a cancellation notice of my order.(Thankful I atleast got the notice and didn’t already drive all the way there) Called the restaurant and the women stated the owner of that location doesn’t accept coupons. So I ordered online with the same promotion at the Walmart Spring Mills location and they honored it. Subs were made great and correct. Been here a few times. The subs are always much smaller than local Subways at any Subway's that we have ever been to. My Black Forest ham had just thick regular ham that was so thick I was tug of war trying to bite the sub. The other one, turkey had very little meat and tasted odd. Not much inside the subs. Maybe it has something to do with the state management or something. The Subway in the AC&T at the Falling Waters WV Exit 23 and the one inside the Spring Mills WV Walmart exit 20 are both fantastic.
