I purchased a dryer for my business from a seller I found on Facebook Marketplace who operates as an appliance reseller, and runs this business. The total came to $340, including delivery. From day one, the dryer hasn’t worked properly. It would run endlessly without drying anything and initially got warm, but never hot enough to do the job. We verified that the vent lines were clear and airflow was good, so we knew the problem was with the dryer itself.
We attempted to contact the seller multiple times by phone and Facebook message with no luck. After days of trying, we finally got a response on April 27—about a week after delivery. He claimed the issue was a blown fuse caused by “clogged lines” and said he’d fix it this one time, but not again. He asked for a photo of the unit and said he’d come by that week. He never showed.
After more unanswered messages, he finally replied again on May 8 saying he’d be up the next day. Again—no show. We’ve followed up multiple times since and have been completely ignored. We’re now approaching the 30-day warranty window, and it feels like they’re intentionally dragging this out to avoid taking responsibility.
$340 is not a small amount for a small business to lose—especially on equipment that’s been non-functional since day one. My husband will be going to their storefront in person today to try to get this resolved. We’re incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of follow-through and...

This particular shop deals with good previously owned items such as but limited to... -appliances -furniture -beds/mattresses -electronics (such as TVs, Radios/Steros, ect) -Nick nacks
Just to name a few. The newest owner only buys quality and is very upfront about what he knows and doesn't. The owner buys and sells a like. Just the same if the product you got from him isn't working or something happens he usually does make it right.
Prices very pending on material and quality but usually there fair for what he asks. If he can't help you get what you want he's willing to see if can find it just a matter of keeping in touch.
Over all if your not looking to break the bank and just need a replacement piece or something even as a temporary fix till you can get what you want (if you don't find it here first) then I say stop by and...
Read moreUp until last year I never had problem with this place. I own rental properties and have bought a lot of appliances from him but I'll never go back again! I bought a stacked washer and dryer unit from him and put it in a rental I was remodeling, after I was done and the Tennant moved in a week later the unit started to fail. I tried to contact the owner by voice mail and coming to the shop. When I finally got a hold of him in the store, he told me in front of a group of people he was helping that he'd give me my money back. I didn't want my money back, I wanted a washer and dryer unit or for him to fix it. Long story short he only gave me 200.00 and I to contact a repairman. I felt like after all of the money I spent with him, he could have gotten the unit fixed. I would have continued to furnish my properties using his business but that interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and I...
