It's a real shame that this place is not managed by level headed, rational, kinder, more compassionate people. I've heard far too many horror stories about the management and how they deal with their renters. As an outsider it may be nice to visit, but by no means do you want to invest in this place by renting space. Management will make you feel like trash, so you have to go in with very low expectations in your relationship with them. Re: The owner, Mark, is a headcase. Don't expect your security deposit back, and don't expect to feel 100% safe. Many of their employees and a few of the people that rent there, are not cut from the best cloth, as they do drugs on the job/in their studios, harass people (women beware), and in general make you feel less than human, and in addition, their building is not well maintained, so expect studio leaks, broken windows, and most of all watch your feet, even when walking in the parking lot.
