Customer support is useless. Emailed them asking for part support for my 16 gallon stainless shop vac less than 8 years old. (Needed rear wheel dolly - plastic assembly to accept rear axel) Took a few days but I finally got a response saying the part I need is no longer available for my shop vac unit - short one liner response, nothing more. I went online, did some more research and found the part is readily available, it is just under a different part number. I went through an appliance parts supplier and secured my part at a total cost about $15 in about 4 days. I guess Shop Vac wanted me to buy a new unit.. Never again. Next time I will stick with Craftsman shop vac which was my unit before purchasing a Shop Vac. Craftsman was "much more powerful" and much more...

We borrowed one and used it. It was so quick and easy to use. There was a lot of water that had to be taken out of them.
