Would not recommend! The contractor for our new home used YBC for all his supplies and suggested that we get our kitchen and vanity’s through them. We went to pick out the kitchen cabinets and vanity’s well before we needed too. We changed nothing in the designs of the kitchen or bath. The vanities arrived (late) with the wrong sink shape. We then had to wait even longer for the correct sinks/top to arrive. Come to find out our kitchen was not ordered when they said it was, when it did finally come in (probably two months after it should have), two cabinets were the wrong size and the “color” was not consistent on the doors. They send out new doors twice and had missing doors and the color still did not match like it should have. YBC then called me and ask what they can do to help the situation. I told them that I want a credit for all the screw ups (on them) and how long they delayed the project from being finished. Our contractor has tried to help with this situation, but here I sit 6+ months later with a miss match cabinet color and no credit.    Read moreI received a order from YBC Williamsport. After using some of the boards off the top of the pile I noticed a few ants. I didn’t think much of it until I got further into the pile. I asked for a new order and to be compensated for delaying building, holding up construction and delivering pests to my site which looked bad for me. Manager Mark Embriani did nothing other then delivering another order and to take the ant infested order back. I was forced to move the boards down our almost 1/4 mile driveway because we had trusses delivered waiting to put up. I had a crew literally sitting around and 2 pieces of machine on rent that could not be used because the bad lumber YBC delivered. They had no want to make the situation right even though it cost hundreds of dollars, if not thousands extra. The manager Mark also stated that this amount of ants “happens”. The employees in the store are friendly and helpful. Lumber prices are a bit higher than other options, but their location makes up for it for me. Be sure to check your deliveries within the 30 day window. I made the mistake of not opening my lumber bundle until 20 days after delivery. After 41 days, I contacted the salesman, but they wouldn't return or exchange as it was after the 30 day window. Many of the boards were cupped, bowed, twisted, or cracked.
