I ordered 2 bed frames in March 2020. The young man that assisted me was named Jake. He was very kind and very helpful. The frames were in back order and he called several times to keep me up to date on when the items would be in. When I picked up the items he knew exactly who I was and what I was picking up after only meeting me once. I would like to commend Jake on his amazing customer service skills, professionalism and truly going above and beyond. Went in the store and selected my sectional (Luckily there was 1 in the back already so I didn't have to wait for shipment to the store. Paid for my selection plus added the 5 year protection plan. The next day added a rug and the ottoman to match which were already in the store too (YES). Customer service was very polite and helpful with everything. We loaded everything up and I'M HAPPY 😁.
