I booked an appointment with this salon at the beginning of the week looking for a higher end, relaxing experience with a professional hair stylist who could handle what needed to be done with my neglected hair.

The stylist I booked with did not give me the name of the salon and gave me an incorrect address. I had to trudge around a very busy down town going into different salons looking for her while she ignored my messages.

When I finally found the place, the front desk staff treated me like hot garbage in spite of being on time for my appointment.

The stylist did not answer my messages until well after my appointment time and gave an extremely half-assed apology.

I drove 30 minutes for this appointment. I was prepared to spend hundreds of my dollars on this appointment. Not only do I not recommend this salon: I caution you against booking with them.

I love my stylist but just learned she was booted from the salon! Someone gave a negative review (about being cancelled ) and the owner, instead of standing behind the stylist who had worked there for over 7 years, choose getting good reviews over loyalty to an excellent employee. The new customer had not confirmed her appointment as was requested by the salon. If getting or giving a review impacts someone so horrifically, this should not happen. An airline can cancel a reservation for similar reasons. People are suffering enough as a result of this pandemic without adding more fodder. I will no longer support nu concept with my...

Absolutely worth the drive! My fiancé and I drove 1.5 hours for our appointment with Brandy, and it was totally worth it. The salon is easy to find—right on the corner of a 4-way—and we had no trouble parking before taking a short walk down the sidewalk to the entrance. The space is very clean and beautifully set up.
