Very discouraging went in today with my baby seeking help because we just moved to town and have never had gas heat. We are without enough income to get our heat started and our electric heaters are not keeping up and in a power outage we will be without heat or a way to cook. And we were told we could not get help til next month. We do not know a soul here and without heat will not be able to stay in our home. Its scary and have ran out of resources. Lord help my baby...

The staff here truly go above and beyond for you. If they can't help you in the end it's not their fault... it's just the rules that come along with the funding they may or may not have available.
