Williamsburg Square Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious, clean and updated with beautiful hardwood floors. The landlord and his team keep the areas outside of the apartments very clean and beautifully refreshed-in winter, making sure the parking lot is always clear of snow and in summer, making sure the gardens are well groomed and hallways are vacuumed and clear of debris. In the years I spent here, the landlord was always fast to respond to any concerns and/or repairs I needed. The neighbors are quiet, extremely friendly, and trustworthy. It’s truly a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it 100 times over any other apartment complex in the area. So I lived in Williamsburg Square Apartments for about a year. And the only reason I left is another opportunity opened for me, otherwise I'd still be there. Let me tell you something, Todd, the landlord, is 1st class. He works with you. Goes above and beyond and is one heck of a guy. Todd, thank you for making my time there so enjoyable. Trust me, these apartments are clean. Friendly neighbors. You don't have to deal with loud music or anything like that. I lived here for over two years. These guys were great to work with. I moved in quickly, so I didn’t get to move into a clean apartment, but for them to let me in the day after someone else left was a life saver to me. Anytime there was a repair needed, that day, it was fixed. Neighbors were beyond nice. Property was clean and neat. It was a perfect place for me, a single mom of two, to reside.
