Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Willingboro Township

Good morning all! I have to share my thoughts this morning on my experience on Monday evening visiting Metro by T-Mobile at 4324 Route 130, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046. I have had many occasions to visit Metro by T-Mobile Stores in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lithonia, Georgia and now my most awesome experience in dealing with this Store in Willingboro, NJ. I went into the Store so frustrated and ready to change my Phone Dealer. I was having numerous problems with my phone and was going from Store to Store in NJ where I was told I had to buy a new phone, which I couldn't afford. I walked into this Store, handed my phone to the Agent, sat down (very clean & colorful place). After waiting a few minutes, I walked out a very, very happy woman. All my phone problems were solved. I could not believe it!! On my way out the Store, the words I used to describe my experience and the Agent were "Awesome" "Love". I went there looking to purchase a phone that costs 130 I got an instant $70 rebate which means the phone was only supposed to be 70 he went over and grabbed a phone case and screen protector and headphones and when I asked him does this come with the phone he said yes it does then at the end he told me that the price was 140 so I paid for it unaware of the instant $70 rebate when I got to my car I noticed and went back and he said that he already told me that it was not free and that I had to pay an extra $50 for this phone case and the screen protector and when I try to return it he says sorry we have a new return policy on any phone accessories . For 2 years, I planned my vacation to Spain. I spoke with my bank two weeks before departure date the bank said make sure your phone plan works in Europe. So, I went to this metro store and I explained my situation. With confidence and a great big smile on her face an associate there told me that when I get to Spain, just find a metro store and I could switch over my phone plan and “I’ll be find” Wow, lucky for me because my coworker told me metro only operates in America. I went to T-Mobile and purchased the the-proper plan. So in closing, if you need advice about your phone plan, do not go to this store.
