This Popeyes location is the worst. Every time I go to this location I always run into long lines in drive thru and inside and their is always only one person working the register. If you are a Dasher, skip this store!. You will be waiting for the customers order for forever. They have no organization or designated person who specifically handles those kinds of order, which I think will benefit them a great deal. They need the help majorly. As I stated, their is always one person and its normally the same man working the front and he's expected to do everyone's order, including the dashers which is suppose to be quick and efficient. I shouldn't be waiting 30min to pick up a customers order. But this restaurant not only sucks because of what I listed above. It is also because the manager at this location is very rude and not helpful. He does not speak or acknowledges a customer. Every time I come in its a long line and he's just sitting in the lobby with a non worker eating. Sometimes even praying. Now don't get me wrong I have no issue him practicing his religion, however your running a business. You see your backed up and busy and your employees are struggling to get the line down. It's only right he helps out. But he doesn't. One time I advised him that I was waiting for a very long time, he was sitting in the lobby eating at that time and yelled for the guy already working the line that I was waiting for so long. The employee who was working the line asked the manager to help and he ignored. Poor service here and the lack of accountability and professionalism is not worth the money to spend at...

So I went here on a Friday night at around 7:30 and wanted to order two orders of their mild five piece tender combo. While waiting in the drive thru, I saw three workers come out the back door carrying a cardboard box and spent about a minute outside after bringing the box out there despite the drive thru being very busy. After waiting in the drive thru for fifteen minutes (only behind three cars after two other cars left) it was finally my turn to order. After driving up to the terminal, it took another five minutes for someone to ask me for my order. When she finally asked me, she was mumbling and impossible to understand. After she decided to speak audibly, I asked for my mild tenders and she told me they only have spicy or blackened currently and there would be a wait for the mild tenders. So I tell her that I'll take spicy tenders and she said they don't have any of those either after just telling me that they did have them. At this point I told her "Thank you" and drove away. Don't bother wasting your time here. Take the trip to Popeyes in Mount Laurel. You'll still end up getting your food faster and they'll actually have what you're...
Read moreWell first of things first. I approaced the counter but there was nobody there but a young girl with her hair all out in a huge puffed ponytail. She also had her pocketbook and a huge blanket wrapped around her. She yelled out to someone in the back to notify them that they had a customer at the front. So the cashier came up who was friendly and respectful. She then took my order but inbetween that time the same young lady with the huge blanket was still walking around behind the register yelling that she is leaving. Which she never did because as I was walking out the door she was still in behind the counter with her hair flying everwhere and that huge blanket wrapped around her. The reason for the low star is because this is an establishment where food is being prepared and everyone including the cashier should be wearing hairnets on. Not only that but this young lady was just back and forth behind the coundter where the food was being prepared taking what she wanted to eat and not even paying for it. This is so unsantiary and her professionalism was horrible. They really need a pop up surprise visit from the health department. Which I will...
