Envy Cards — Local services in Williston

My first review - I placed an online order for this shop for a Vaultx Binder which they sent out reasonably fast. The estimated arrival time was July 17th but that didn't happen, so I contact them explaining the situation and if they, as the "professional card shop", could look into it. They replied days later stating "We can't do anything until its been 30 days", by that point it had been almost a week since it was late. Obviously they just didn't feel like doing anything since with USPS you can inquire about a late order after it's been 3 days. So I, the customer, decided to contact USPS myself, at which point they told me the package was most likely lost in transit. I finally received my order on July 29th after USPS found my order and was able to deliver it.

As a "professional" card store, you should put some effort in helping your online customers. Sadly this was the third time I bought from them and the only time I actually had to "speak" to them. This the last time I ever will use them as they lack the professionalism, especially considering I was kind when I asked them if they could help me...

Envy is my happy place. I started out going with my wife to Friday Night Magic. She would play while I watched anime or read a book/manga. I eventually got into a TCG they started carrying called Union Arena and now I'm hooked. I love the inviting atmosphere here. The staff are all crazy and fun (my kind of people). The patrons (be they DnD or Magic Nerds) are really good people. There's always a mix of personalities coming through the door and enjoying their hobby, from Pokémon collectors and players, to Yu-Gi-Oh fanatics, and everything in between. If you have a question about a game, there is always someone there to be able to answer your questions, or find the answers for you. It can get busy, but that just shows how good they are at what they love. If you haven't been, stop in, even if it's just to see players battling it out in Magic, Union Arena, or trading cards of Pokémon or anything else. By far the best LGS between Bismark...

Great Card store. As of writing this, they have one piece, lorcana, magic, star wars, pokemon, and a few other tcgs. This might just be a coincidence, but All the best pulls ive ever got, have come from packs ive bought here. Pulled an enchanted Lorcana card, gold dawn card, and manga foil from one piece, and too many good hits from mtg to name. Plus they do weekly raffles and have a play area for everything from Smash bros to DnD. Staff and owners are really knowledgeable and seem genuinely passionate about the hobby. Would give 6...
