The manager at the moment was extremely rude, didnt greet us she just lifted her left hand and index finger and yelled out for a young guy to come over, all she yelled was, hey order, and then she made side eye contact and said we will be right with u, then when i asked for the pesto linguini she yells out to the cooks, do we even still have linguini ? And she had a snappy attitude to her voice as if i was disrupting her day, so she goes and checks cause the cook didnt reply quick enough and she yells out to the young kid at the register, its only good enough for a small order, so i get a small order. We proceed to order and we can hear her berating the cooks for starting at order for an employee that she didnt pre approve, but her condescending tone and the way she snaps her fingers and rolls her neck as she speaks to the cooks was completely out of place, i never try to bring up the race issue but she was being very obvius about it, the cooks are african american and one is hispanic, we are hispanic and she looked bothered the secind we walked in but when an american or white looking guy walks in she turned around and greeted him with a complete, good evening sir how ate you doing how can i help you tonight ? The minute the young kod at the register didnt have a customer to help, she tells him can you look for something to do dont just stand there,,,and she was packing the take out orders she kept scratching her face and her forehead and her hair was not properly tucked away from food her hair kept going forward on her right side of her chest she did have a cap on but even her bangs kept getting in her way, she could tie it up properly. I worked in food industry for over 20yrs so i am very aware of healthcodes. I could also feel the embarrasment of the cooks when she was talking to them as if she was a Dean in middle school, establishments can and always lose staff due to the disrespect brought up on by management that has no clue on how to show proper skills and they temd to forget that even managers are just as replacable as any other member. We are all here in a small town that we all need from one another and the position we work at does not make us any better or any less then the next. Ive worked in customer service since 1992 so believe me RESPECT will keep a bussiness going or bring it down. Treat the staff great and you will keep them. I didnt get a chance to see her name but is about 5.3 wears glasses has long dark brown hair. I was secinds away from lecturing her but my husband said to do this instead. I would be happy to answer any questions...
Read moreUpdate: Been three times now. No cheese sauce the second time I went on my mac n cheese. There were tech issues the third time. Staff were handling the situation well. I hope it goes better for them today!
Original: I got food to go. When I got home to eat, my bag was soaked and there was cheese all over the bag and containers and it leaked all over me when I took it out. The container wasn’t sealed completely! I know Noodles has good food because I’ve been eating there for years. Just disappointed that it leaked all over and I couldn’t enjoy it. I’ll post another review when I return. Staff were super friendly. For how many people were there, the service was...
Read moreHorrible service and atmosphere. I'm new to the area and was genuinely excited to try this place. 10/21/24 about 5:15pm, I walked into an empty restaurant (no customers) and about 5 male workers all leaning against the counters in the kitchen area on their phones. All looked up as I walked in and not one acknowledged me. I took a quick glance at the menu as I knew what I wanted and waited at least 5 minutes, with everyone glancing up at me and back down at their phones as if I wasn't there. 1 worker walked away and I could hear him socializing in the back with someone else.
After reading the reviews I'm glad I took my business to...
