A little Leary of health foods stores, knowing that itâs best for me and my family but not a zealot , I thought Iâd have problems with combining the two.but it was easy. If you think that buying the freshest, local offerings isnât worth paying a little more , wrong market. If you buy home baked goods which sell udeserts better than your own for a dollar more, wrong market. If you can buy all your ordinary household items from a generic store and save your food budget for Kimberton, youâll be wowed by the difference in farm to market products. Day old eggs and as a chef, their beef, pork lamb, poultry is the finest you can buy. They also have fresh fish, duck, sweet breads that are Devine . The glorious vegetables are what you search the side road stands for. For me itâs busmanâs holiday to find superb prepackaged foods like Quiche, chicken pot pie, curries, fresh Chinese dishâs, , salmon and chicken dishes, wonderful potato concoctions , sandwichâs , roll ups, salads and many delicious individual deserts. A million flavored seltzer waters, teas and coffeeâs and always homemade soup, turkey chili is hearty enough for dinner and every kind of bread and rolls. But, the coffee ! Iâve used an Nespresso machine for years, Iâm Swedish and admittedly I have one vise that I donât joke about, its coffee. It doesnât resemble the stuff poured into giant to go cups consumed by hundreds of millions who declare itâs better than made at homeâŚKimberton is my dealer ! Some brands you might know, go directly to Kicking Horse or try another locally roasted brand. I think itâs the jewel of coffee and out matchâs any European, South American or African coffee Iâve ever tasted. Kudos to every one who works here, friendly, so helpful and informative. A pleasure to write this, better...
Read moreLove this store...So Clean & it smells Good in here! I usually shop another location so this was my 1st experience in the newer Malvern store & it didn't dissapoint! They're selection of items is very good, sales were great the day I went (spent much more than planned due to this..đ˛).
They also carry my beloved raw milks here (which is why I originally started shopping @ Kimberton a few years ago). They recognize that "whole foods" includes raw food & beverages also. Not like the squirmy, scaredy cat "Whole Foods" chain which won't sell it "for my protection"...huh???
Anyway, come here to visit even if you don't need to shop. Check out what they have & look around. They're prices are no more then you'll find in other competing organic stores (not regular grocery stores). Everything in produce & meats, etc. just...
Read moreTucked away on Quant King Street in Malvern, this shop has the very best organic meats and plenty of organic produce, gluten-free items, cheeses, & an incredibly extensive supplement department with knowledgeable personnel. Lisa helped me with some castor oil and recommended using flannel cloth from home as I'm allergic to the wool wrap/cloth. Tiny shopping carts are available to navigate the aisles, which helped with transporting one of the best watermelon I've had all season! They also have prepared foods available, although I did not partake. Small bundles of firewood are priced to sell for a cozy night around the fire. Awesome local place to shop in the malvern/paoli area. Plenty of off-street parking in their...
