Just ordered from this establishment, cheesesteak was overcooked and dry. Also, I ordered a sweet potato pie which was not delivered with my order. So, I paid and had no pie. When calling in to report issues, I was told I could not be refunded for the item and was not offered a replacement for overcooked sandwich. Person I spoke to said next time I order call him and he would put the pie in the order. I stated I would not be ordering again can my credit card be refunded. He answer was no he could not do that. I expressed that I was not happy with his answers. He reply, "what do you want me to do". Now that it’s New York Fried Chicken I’ve changed my mind. I will never give my money to this place ever again. They are very rude. Give you the wrong order then says that he can’t fix it. Whoever the guy was that came in at 3pm today on Sunday, 11/11 needs to be fired. He argued with every single customer that walked in. The guy that was running shift before him gave me the wrong pieces of chicken. I asked for dark meat and they gave me all white meat. How don’t you know the difference between the meat types.
