Dollar General — Local services in Wilson

The type of dollar store where you can get anything. Parking is the worst, but most don't know, there is a parking lot behind the building. You can avoid having to back out onto the always busy Butler St. Cleaning supplies, candy, food and household stuff is all available in one spot. Most of the time it's busy and they only have one register open. I waited 5 minutes for 1 thing, while the guy at the end of the line got to cut ahead even after coming in after people in line. Service is kind of crappy like they don't care about their job, but it's convenient and that's why...

Staff is nothing but rude and have negative energy toward them. No one is at the register when you need them. The manager said it's because they're doing stuff and I should have said no excuse. Hire extra people. Dollar tree at least has people at their register. It'd only 2 ladies running the 25th street one in Wilson Borough. I always felt negative vibes from those two. Also a form of dictatorship seems to be in order. Even if you're vaccinated you still have to wear a mask. You don't see people in dollar tree...

I had a pleasant experience here and recently forgot a bag of items that I had just purchased here. The staff of Shanika and David noticed the bag and placed it in a secure place because there was items of note and didn't want to just hand over my bag to just anyone.
