Just passed our electrical permit inspection with flying colors. The ‘inspection’ itself was mostly complementary statements about how clean the work was. Porter Electric responded quickly to my initial inquiry, scheduled an onsite visit basically next day, was quick to assimilate the requirements of our bleeding edge Ecoflow smart panel and Delta Pro Ultra battery backup, and promptly provided an estimate that came in within $200 of my own. Work was performed on schedule and completed on time. The guys were clean and respectful on site, easy to communicate with both face-to-face and electronically. Did what they said they would, when they said they would. Passed inspection in a few minutes; it was obvious the inspector made up his mind the moment he looked into the original panel and saw the quality of the work. Porter Electric was recommended by a friend and held up to the high recommendation. We got an appointment within a couple of days of our call and Jeff and Will arrived on time and were both professional and very helpful. We were looking for some solutions for our currently unfinished basement so we could start using some of the space and Jeff provided helpful recommendations and pricing details so we could make an informed decision on what to get done for now. Once we agreed on a plan they got right to work. They answered questions as needed, had the work done within a few hours, and left the areas they were working in clean once everything was finished. I called Jeff to see if he would be interested in completing electrical work for us in our home. First let me start with he answered the phone, not to many people do that now.
