I cannot stress enough how perfect & wonderful this place is. Let’s start with the food- I started off with the Lox bagel. It was perfectly toasted, not too soft or too crispy, PACKED with smoked salmon, the yummiest micro greens and capers, and the most delectable horseradish cream cheese. I was quite literally lapping up every crumb I could. I also got the lavender spritzer, garnished with fresh lavender. I plucked some of the lavender petals off and threw it in my drink and it was HEAVENLY. The drink was the perfect combination of slightly sweet and super refreshing. I also got a honey lavender latte to-go and that was mouthwatering! The coffee was strong and fresh and got me through the post food coma nap I would’ve normally needed after such a filling brunch hahaha. Next, the atmosphere. This place is STUNNING floor to ceiling. The building itself has such beautiful accents. They decorated perfectly with such a warm, inviting, safe and welcoming environment, decked out with the comfiest couches, the most beautiful moss wall I’ve ever seen, and plants wall to wall like you’re eating in a greenhouse or jungle. All their plants were healthy & full and so well priced. Everything they have for sale is either local vendors, small business, or eco friendly and focused. Last, the staff- I cannot rave more about the customer service I received. They were extremely busy, yet still managed to ask me how my day was, how my food was, if they could get me anything, and even what my favorite plant was! Everyone there was so friendly, smiling, and kind. I would come back JUST for their friendship and courtesy. If you haven’t been here yet, RUN, do not walk, and go spend your morning or afternoon in the most magical place.

I recently visited Plants + Coffee in Easton, and I must say, their beautifully crafted drinks left quite an impression. The baristas take great care in creating aesthetically pleasing beverages that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds. The space is small but undeniably cute. It exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or catching up with friends. I recommend arriving right at opening if you want to secure a seat, as the limited space fills up quickly. One unique feature I loved about this place is the free library section. It's a delightful touch that allows visitors to select a book to take home and enjoy while sipping their beverages. The aesthetic of the space is pleasing, with a lovely blend of greenery, natural light, and tasteful decor. It truly enhances the overall ambiance. I must commend the staff for their exceptional customer service. They were incredibly sweet and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. One of my friends wasn't pleased with the taste of her drink, and without hesitation, they remade another to her liking. Their attentiveness and kindness left a lasting impression.

Stopped in on the way to Bethlehem and saw two of my favorite things in the name so had to give them a try. Parking can be difficult, may have to go around the block once. Inside is a little small but filled with plants, pots, tea, candles, and the like. There are some tables but they were mostly being used by people on their computer. We wanted to browse a bit but felt like we were disturbing them and they're directly in the middle of the room so you can't go around them. But there are two tables out front to enjoy the weather and a lovely reading nook, as well. Menu was clear and concise, pricing was fair, plenty of options for coffee, tea and extras like canned kombucha. I got the honey lavender latte which had actual honey in the bottom of the cup, fresh sprig of lavender in the top, and actual espresso. I mention it because so many coffee places use "honey flavor" or cold brew instead of espresso... not here! This was a quality latte and I'm so happy to have found this lovely little gem. Definitely recommend checking them out and will absolutely be back when I'm in the area!

It’s a really cute idea, but the execution had some to be desired. The service was mediocre- workers seemed inconvenienced with taking orders and we are impeding on their time to talk to between each other, no sense of urgency and overall not a welcoming attitude. The charmed latte either wasn’t made correct or just wasn’t anything special because it seems like cold brew with regular milk and lucky charms marshmallows on top. The bagels are ok, I had the lox and it would have been better with a toasted option. We ordered a bunch of to go pastries and as we eat them we are underwhelmed which is disappointing they look great. The plants overall looked healthy and had a good selection with good pricing and lots of cute plant accessories/ good pot collections. Also a lot of people “camping” having finished their food and coffee and the dining room was full, and no one making room for people who are getting food and need to sit if they are planning on eating in. This is no fault of the business but just a warning you probably won’t be able to get a seat, very small indoor seating space. We ordered our food to eat their and had to wait until someone offered us their seat but also mentioned that they hadn’t really wanted to leave yet. Overall just an okay experience, especially for having spent over $100 between the breakfast, coffee, plant, and to go pastries. The service was the most disappointing, nothing feels worse than coming as a customer and feeling as though your an...
