If you are looking for flowers for a funeral of a loved one, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! The Florist was rude and continued to tell us we did not want the flowers that we were asking for and that we had to have 40-50 flowers when we wanted simple arrangement with 1 type of flowers and ribbons. He said he won’t put ribbons on a spray because it takes away from the flowers, although we did not ask for numerous flowers. He smelled like a chain smoker and although his staff was nicer than he was, they were in no way professional. I lost my brother and went with his widowed wife to purchase the floral arrangement and the cashier asked us what happened. It is heartbreaking enough that we lost him in a tragic, unexpected, horrifying way, we don’t need to talk about it with strangers and it is none of their business how he left us behind. With a blank look on my face and tears running down my face, she added “He must have been young.” The only reason I did business at this florist was because he was the only place that had calla lilies and I know how much it meant to my mother, otherwise- UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO FOR...

My experience with The Petal Patch was incredible and could not have gone greater! I live 4 and a half hours away from this shop. I never shopped here before, but I had a friend that I wanted to gift flowers for and this was the closest shop near where she lives. She was going through a tough time in her life, so I wanted to gift her some flowers to brighten up her day. I worked with Ms. Heather and she provided me with exceptional service! I told her of my situation and she provided me with live updates on the delivery status and was very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend her as she showed me in my sole experience here that she truly cares and that meant a lot as I wanted for this to be very special. I had a wonderful experience at The Petal Patch Florist and Gifts. The flowers were fresh — vibrant, beautifully arranged, and clearly handled with care. Every bouquet looked like it had just been picked, and the quality truly stood out.

What made the visit even better was the team. Doris, the owner, has clearly created something special here. You can feel her love for flowers and her commitment to excellence in every corner of the shop. Joshua and Heather were all so helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
