Worst Burger King I have ever visited. My reasoning is not to do with the employees, food, cleanliness, etc, it's because of the manager. He is the most hateful, un- customer oriented person I have ever seen in a customer service roll. I tried to order a special shown on the app. It's not a mobile order only, door dash deal, etc. It clearly stated it could be redeemed in the store. The manager was acting like I was trying to do something wrong by trying to use a burger King coupon at a Burger King. When he finally told me that he had told me three times that he would not take the coupon, after giving me the different excuses as to why, he finally just told me to go away before he called the police. He even asked me if I was hard of hearing, which actually I am, I just pulled away and called the BK corporate. That didn't do any good. So long story short, do not give your business to the Winchester, TN until Bob is gone. If anybody who reads this use to work for this tyrant, and left because of him, please share your story. I'm turning to get enough proof to have him removed from his position of mental destruction. If he will talk to a customer the way he did me, I can only imagine what those poor employees...
Read moreI Went through the drive- thru for lunch today. Randy the assistant manager took my order. I was having a day... Right away he changed my mood with his top notch personality! His upbeat tone and professionalism just turned my day around! He actually cared about what I was ordering and that he understood me correctly. When I special ordered my burger, he repeated it back and told me " you can have it your way, because at Burger King you rule!!" That young man is an ace with customer service! Give that boy a raise he will definitely keep your customers coming back! I know I will. In today's world unfortunately customer service lacks a lot. Not at your Burger King with your Mr. Personality Randy!! Keep up the good work...
Read moreOk I am a reg burger king cust 3 or 4 times a week. I just came in on the night shift ordered chicken meal and a whopper meal. Anastasia the employee forgot to make the whopper a meal. After I corrected her she became very upset. She threw my change at me. Then after I explained to her she doesn't need to work with the public with her attitude. She continued being funny acting. I then asked for the manager. He did nothing. I ended up getting both meals. Short one fry. I know I'm just one person. But I will not be back here on night shift. Day shift never has these problems.
