ZION POND CARE — Local services in Winchester

Byron has been cleaning our pond for around 7 years. He's a nice guy. His initial quote was $65 for pond and filter cleaning, then $85 the month my husband died 2.5 years ago. Every once in awhile the next day after pond servicing, the pond will rapidly lose water and need to be refilled daily. We didn't mind this mistake. We refilled the pond daily until Byron could come back out and fix whatever he had done. This happened again in December. This time though, when alerted that the pond was losing water rapidly since he'd cleaned it, he responded that he would come out that week and the "service call" would be $65. Fortunately, when I got his message the next day, the pond had magically fixed itself, (pretty sure the problem has something to do with air being trapped under the liner, therefore allowing water in under the liner as it fills, but I'm not the expert.) So I simply let Byron know that it was resolved and decided to find a new cleaner before firing Zion. Next week, I get a text saying the price is now going to be $125 monthly for my small pond... so anyone know a reputable pond cleaning service? I'm...

Called Zion Pond for a yearly cleaning, price was great for cleaning. My pond had about three inches of muck with other issues. Bryon was on time and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Bryon has great knowledge of ponds and can problem solve any issues with my pond. Bryon address all my issues of unclear water, poor filtration, liner issues and he recommended more plants for a BOG system. I was concerned of being up sold on things i didn't need. His bid was reasonable so we moved forward with the work.

All I can say is OH MY GOD!!!!! my water is clear and my plants are healthy again and the water fall is awesome now.
