Bell village’s response to the people being towed seems to not care about the fact that they are towing members of their own community. The people being towed that I personally know are either people who live in Windsor and shop at Oliver’s and Starbucks and the businesses within the shopping village. There is no sense of respect for community of the people who shop there and park there for an event. Towing on private property is not mandatory or necessary and it’s simply disrespectful to its own community that supports the businesses within it. And they act as if they have no power over the situation when in fact it is private property and you don’t have to contract with a towing company that charges $665 to tow their own members of their own local shopping community. Read moreI have reason to travel through Novato quite often. Whenever I do I always stopped at Bell Village. They have a nice assortment of places to eat including Safeway. Everything from the way you are greeted ,the quick delivery, the wonderful menu and the presentation are worthy of much more than five stars. Even take out is presented well. Next door to that there is a burger restaurant. From what I've seen advertised they have some delicious menu items at very reasonable prices. Even McDonald's i Bell Village is memorable for their iced coffee. Those are the only places I've had the opportunity to be at but I'm sure that the rest of the stores and restaurants in that Village are...

I did not even think to look for signs saying I couldn’t. No signs when I parked at 5:30. on my way back 45 minutes later I noticed the pie signs. I expected a ticket not to have my car stolen which is what I thought until the nice man who worked for ACE towing in Santa Rosa informed me it was towed. I didn’t even have it at the lot yet not a problem I still had to find a ride over there. $550 later I couldn’t afford groceries let alone would I ever shop at your place again. What a mean spirited...
