Verizon — Local services in Windsor

While home is having work done, I am staying at Windsor RV Park where WiFi is poor. A neighbor suggested Verizon. When I walked in to the store, despite both salespeople being engaged with other customers, Jessica promptly greeted me with "Welcome in, I will be right with you". While she had a pause in her interaction with the other customer, she engaged with me to learn what I was there for. When the Manager, Jayson heard what I was there for, before I even confirmed that I was going to add the WiFi service, he left the office to drive to Healdsburg to get the equipment needed for the service, knowing that he store did not have it in stock. Jessica did an amazing job multi-tasking. She would work a little with me, and then with the other customer, making sure that we were both making forward progress on our needs, while making neither customer feel that they were receiving anything short of the friendliest and most efficient service. When Jayson returned with my equipment Jessica was tied up with the other customer, so Jeses, who appeared to just arrive to work, jumped in and registered my devise, tested it and gave me a brief tutorial on my new system. When I got back to my RV it was plug and play, and works perfectly. While there Jessica looked at my account and identified an opportunity to change my phone plan, which added new features, including Hot Spot, and lowered my monthly rate by $25! Absolute worst customer service in the county. If I could give negative reviews. I would. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Not mention they can't even manage to do their job. My girlfriend went into the store to get a new iPhone. She literally sat there for an hour completely ignored as the 2 employees helped 2 other customers. They didn't even acknowledge her or say they would be with her shortly. As she sat there. She attempted to call other Verizon stores to see who were open. She accidentally called the store she was in and literally watched the female employee pick up and hang up the phone without even answering the call. At that point she had enough and said something to the employee before walking out. I have been in this store a few times and it is always the same. The employees are rude and dismissive and offer absolutely ZERO customer service. If you live in Windsor. You are better off spending the gas money to drive to Santa Rosa for better service. I went in to the store and the person behind the counter started out by asking why I was there. I said to get a new phone. He said he would like to help but he just got off the clock and has to go pick up his kids. So the only other worker there was with someone else. Ok. So I wait. And wait and wait. The lady who was helping the other clients kept asking about their ethnicity and things of that nature. It was very rude and the customers were obviously not into that topic of discussion. I was annoyed but still waiting. About 10 minutes go bully and the man that previously said he had Ilyo go pick up his kids stuck his head out from what I assume was the break room to inform the other worker that he stole one of her sodas and used "her trick" to open it. She explained to the other customers that it was a "Mexican " trick. Ok. So I wait a few more minutes until I hear more conversation of the same and decide to leave.
