I had an issue with a screen that I replaced myself on my iPhone, and needed to ask a pro. I went here, yesterday, during the social distancing. Justin met me at the door, and I showed him my box of cannibalized iPhone parts, and explained my issue. He was wonderful. He answered my questions, gave me advice, and was a tremendous help. Under the circumstances with the social distancing, he could have told me to make an appt., and purchase a new screen. I was expecting that. I've come here twice for assistance with cell phone issues for my kids: a dropped Android that stopped texting and a used iPhone given as a present that needed phone service.

Both times, Hakim went above and beyond to research the issues online and was able to find answers quickly. The dropped phone was reset and began texting again. The iPhone was correctly identified as unlocked and cost-effective recommendations were given to get service started on the phone.
