Had a super frustrating experience here just now. Ordered drive up. Decided to try adding the Starbucks feature. I do NOT recommend you add that complication to your life.
It says they will start it when you click that you are on your way.
Well 20 mins later it still wasn't done. My order itself was ready but the guy says - unapologetically- they haven't started the Starbucks order yet, he can't give me my target items until that completes, "So you'll just have to wait." What?!
No time estimate. No apology. Not a care in the world.
I tried calling the store from my car to ask if they can just cancel the order because this is silly for me to be delayed over the added Starbucks. Of course, no one answers the phone (tried 3 calls).
Then app notified me that 2 out of 3 drinks are canceled. He then comes back out with 1 out of 3 drinks. I don't want that. I have waited longer than necessary and you can't make two thirds of the order. I now don't need the third. Why not call the customer and say hey, sorry about that, did you still want that one drink?
So of course, same worker comes out, same i don't care attitude. Now tells me in order to "return" the one drink, I have to walk into the target to return it. I am really frustrated at this point. He's still holding the coffee bag and on the opposite side of my car. I now get out to go in and not understanding why he's not giving me the bag so I can go all the way and return it. He's just standing there and the teen girls he delivered to first are now getting in it and he's now smiling at this.
I then have to follow him since he's darn sure not letting go of the coffee bag (that I have already been charged for) and he's insisted there is no way to do the return of the coffee electronically without me going on the store. He has me go to customer service then his colleague tells him that's wrong. Then he has to have me go to the Starbucks counter. At this point the teen girls have decided to follow me and stand behind me in line (they talked about doing that when I was leaving my car). At this point I am one moment away from calling 911 because now I feel like I'm in danger.
And finally he issues my refund. And again not a single apology for this most...

I went to target today with my original receipt and was in customer service for an hour and a half they went to security Tim with my receipt they went to security and came back with another printed receipt. The receipt states the card was purchased and activated but there is a malfunction in the card. They would not return my money they gave me a phone number to call that’s for regular visa cards the number on the back of the visa card you cannot use because you have no one to speak to. So I called the visa they gave me a numberTo call for the gift cards that is disconnected so here I have $100 visa card that cannot be used and target will not return my money and you can’t speak to anybody from visa. After the interaction that I’ve had with this target and Windsor I will not be doing business there anymore and I shop there quite often and drop good money thanks for the screw job target...
Read moreDON'T COME HERE! I go there to buy a mouse for my computer, no big deal, but I walked there, so I needed to carry it home with me. After I buy it, on my way out, I put it inside my jacket and head out, but an employee and a cop decide to stop me and just waste my time because apparently, they don't like when you buy their products. I showed them the bag with the mouse in it, and the receipt that came with it, but they still insisted on making it seem like I'd committed some sort of crime by shopping there, exactly how every store should treat their customers! As if just stopping me for doing nothing more than patronizing them weren't bad enough, the cop decided he needed to pat me down before I could leave! I'm not omitting anything, the reward Target gives to its customers for purchasing items there is getting stopped and pat down by a police officer! I recommend you NOT shop here unless you like being treated as a criminal when you're just a customer; there's a Walmart one town over in East Windsor, they have cheaper...
