Starbucks — Restaurant in Windsor

I tell my husband this is the worst starbucks to go to, but he insisted today to give it another shot. Today he got two matcha lattes grande, 2 toffee nut syrup and 2 Splenda. It just tasted like water. My cup was all ice, no flavor. The cold foam Evaporated so fast. I guess they didn't make enough for 2 and just filled up my cup with more ice to make it look like a whole drink. No flavor. This isn't the first time, I've given this starbucks chance after chance because I understand, there's rushes, stuff runs out, etc but for it to let me down time after time. There's clearly something wrong with it and especially after I see all the other negative reviews I know I'm not wrong. They need a whole new staff and trainer so they can be up to par like the other...

This Starbucks honestly has the most shitty employees I’ve ever seen. There are 2 females specifically that speak highly disrespectfully to customers… if you hate your job that much then quit. When I was there today, I waited in line for 20 minutes until the girl working decided to just leave. I waited another 20 minutes and nobody showed up to the point where I had to leave. 40 minutes wasted because nobody knows how to manage their employees here. EXTREMELY...

Small location inside a Target, have seen different staff over time and generally they are not the best staff Starbucks has to offer. Many times they are slow, chat among themselves, put drinks out without calling customer's names (even tho they still ask for the name), or don't say "thank you" back (as they are still chatting...).
