I'm absolutely impressed with the level of courtesy, kindness, and efforts put forth that are above and beyond the standard level of service usually provided. Exceeding all expectations. I have been with this storage facility for almost 1 year, and from the very beginning, which was the setting up of my rental unit, Judy was incredibly helpful from the start. She was very understanding of my situation and worked hard to accommodate to my very chaotic & unplanned needs. I can't thank her enough. Then as I moved out she once again made the entire process doable and once again accomodating to my needs so that things would proceed smoothly. I have never experienced such kind service from another establishment. I hold this facility with great respect and value their business above all others. I moved ab 2 hours away & still refused to get a different unit which would have been closer, & that's because of who they were. Driving 2 hours just to get to my unit was well worth it. I did this for a year. I wouldn't recommend any other facility.. if you wish to be treated as a real person with real problems, treated with kindness, compassion, & understanding. I have been a customer of the Windsor facility for a few years and have multiple units there. From beginning I took notice of what a dedicated, hard working, kind and accommodating employee Naomi is. She is always willing to help anyone and everyone with her kind caring, professional attitude, explaining everything renters need to know, and giving customers a thorough understanding of the facility. I appreciated her explaining I could use my home owners insurance which saved me money on insurance for all 4 of my units. When I visit my units I always see Naomi busy working, cleaning and keeping the grounds and facility clean and presentable inside and out all while doing it with a kind happy attitude. I have been a customer of other storage units and never witnessed such a clean facility or happy hard working employee always willing to take time to help her renters. I want to thank Naomi R for her dedication to keeping this Uplift Facility the best storage facility in Windsor Co. It's obvious she love's her job and takes great pride in her work. Thank you Naomi for being so kind, caring, and accommodating. Naomi is always willing to take time to answer all my questions, and help in any way she can. I have been using self storage spaces on & off for the last 20+ years. In all honesty, UpLift Self Storage is probably my favorite self storage space that I have used yet! I love the fact that this is a locally owned small business operating in Windsor. The staff at UpLift all live locally, & are familiar with the area, & really care about the facility. This is the first storage facility that I have used that has their climate controlled units not located inside buildings, which is really cool. This has its upsides, & some downsides. I really like being able to pull up directly to my unit, without having to go into a building, or walk any length of distance additionally. However, this also means that I have to pay attention to the weather, if I don't want to worry about my stuff being damaged (due to the weather).

I really love the fact that UpLift has more storage size options on their units compared to many of the other self storage places that I have looked at, as well as ones that I have used in the past. The staff are extremely upfront about their pricing, as well as all of the extras involved in renting a unit, & I really appreciate all of that. I love how spacious the unit that we are renting is, & how easily accessible it is for us to access our unit. I highly recommend UpLift Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, quality self...
