Super disappointed in this location. Placed an online order for a salad. It was a simple salad with meat, cheese and a bunch of veggies. I then added more cheese and veggies to it and it cost me a total of $17 and some change. First of all, it took me about 30 min to get my salad once I went inside when I arrived. I drove to my sisters house to eat and then had to head to work. I open my salad and much to my surprise, my $17 salad consisted of lettuce, salami and pepperoni. That is IT! I called and spoke to the manager. She asked if I could drive back to get a new one but I wouldnāt have had time to I asked if she could just refund my money and she advised she could but it would have to wait 3 days until the ābossā was back in and said sheād take my name and number and call me. I asked her how I should believe sheād actually follow through and I had her word, that she would call me personally and make sure it got done. Well⦠here we are, Monday morning, and surprise, no call!! Super disappointment in their customer service and lack of follow through. Donāt be fooled by the posted picture. The only reason there is cheese, is cause I had to add it myself. Also, the ingredients listed are the extras I paid for⦠not the 5 or 6 others that are supposed to be included...

We waited 15 mins went up to ask about our order. I am working on it. I don't think they were. We left the store 5 minutes to 8pm. You are better off ordering door dash to your house from a Fort Collins store to Severance and it would arrive faster than the service. The dining room needs wiped down and swept. They were more worried about talking to each other than getting the work out. We won't be going back if we do we will go to the Firehouse in Fort Collins better sevice.
