Coffee and other options are amazing! Too bad the drive thru was designed by someone who clearly failed engineering school. I don't think I've ever been in a slower, more poorly designed drive through in my entire life. They need an intercom or something. Or more employees. Or better doctrine. Or more drive thru windows. It's the worst! If you like human bean and don't feel like waiting half an hour, try another location!

It's alright. The staff is always super friendly. I work late so sometimes the weird 7pm close time gets me.

My daughter has applied, interviewed and was hired for a position at Human Bean in Windsor. She had went to orientation and begun studying for the test she would have to take. She was informed she would have to make at least 50% of the test for the first round and a 100% on the second portion. She was supposed to take the test on 12/30/21 at 5 p.m. I believe she was nervous due to this being her first job and was offered a few more days to study. She was supposed to recieve an email with a new updated test date over the weekend. She did not recieve the email. I assisted her in looking through her trash, junk, and spam box, there was nothing. They contacted her on 1/3/22, asking if she would be coming to the store for the test. She informed the manager, "I didn't know I was supposed to come today, never recieved an email". They agreed that it was fine and rescheduled for the 5th of Jan. She went to test, texted me afterwards and told me she passed. She was contacted a day or so later with another test date for the second portion of the test. My daughter informed them, she may not be able to that day due to her parents going out of town. (She is not able to drive on her own yet, barley 16 years old). They said okay. All of this is also by text and I don't think that is professional as well. She recieved a phone call few minutes later stating due to scheduling discrepancies , they were going to "unemploye her, and she needed to bring her folder with her time card, and collect her payment ". She was upset, as she had the right to be. I would not normally call anyone to complain, but I felt bad for her as she worked extremely hard. I contacted the individual my daughter had been speaking with. I was informed it was not due to discrepancies with scheduling. They adored my daughter and felt she was a great fit, but it wasn't working out. I asked for more clarification as that is not what she informed my daughter of. She explained that she didn't test as high as they had hoped, and the individual who tested her was new. I explained how shady it was that the individual probably should have had proper training instead of just telling the newbie they "passed" if the grade or what not, was not up to the "passing standards". I am not even sure what her grade was. I informed her I would be leaving a review, and would no longer do business with HB. She apologized but to me it was just not...

After supporting the Windsor Human Bean (HB) since their Grand Opening years ago, I will no longer return. Yesterday morning I pulled up and saw a sign that said, “Free coffee for Teachers today”. I held up my teaching badge, only to be told I was there too early, the event was from 7:00-9:00. It was 6:48 AM. And yes, I know I was early however I believe sometimes a business needs to consider the customer they are turning down business to because:

I am a teacher and have to be to work by 7:00…..but more importantly, I have supported this HB location since the day they opened. Not only have I purchased a coffee nearly every day, but I have bought many gift cards, HB coffee mugs, stickers, t shirts and more. And before HB opened a store in Missouri, my mother-in-law would call the store each holiday, pay over the phone and they would mail her gift cards to MO for her to bring to CO. When I called to express my sadness over the situation, I never received a call back. I have loved all the conversations, laughs and celebrations over the past years, but this made me feel like I was just like any customer getting coffee, not a true fan and lover of the Windsor HB. I guess I am looking for a new...

This is my favorite coffee place! I was so excited when it opened. The staff are always wonderful and the drinks always great. Unfortunately the wait times are at least 30 minutes or more. Then trying to get out of the crowded parking lot can be a huge pain. I feel bad for all of the customers that I have seen turn away and pull out of line. While I understand covid has changed so much for all of us, there has got to be a solution to getting better and faster service. I don’t notice this problem with any of the other coffee places here in Windsor. Maybe a mobile ordering service at one window where you can run through and pick up your already paid for and made drink? Something. I...
