Sadly today was my last trip to what was always my favorite antique store. I don't usually write reviews for poor service, I just don't return. This trip deserves a review. While I give your store 5 stars, I would give the rude person that "helped" a negative 5. I don't live close by but on my precious and few days off of work I sometimes need antique therapy. I had seen an item on your Instagram page that I wanted and decided to make the trip for this one item. I found the item and took it to the front and waited while 2 ladies were helping one customer. Another lady was oblivious to me waiting patiently in line as she was sitting in a chair with her head burried in her phone. She only looked up when the other lady asked if I was ready. The one sitting on the chair got up and ignored me and went to help the lady behind me. The customer told her that I was there first. She said she didn't know I had anything in my hand and said I was hiding it. Really!? Just because I'm holding it in my hand with my hand by my side doesn't mean I was "hiding" it. It's not my fault she never acknowledged my existence. I quietly checked out never to return. I'm sure your vendors will be happy to know they lost a long time customer because of her. While it may not matter to you, it matters to me. There are way too many other stores closer to home that appreciate my business. Thank you for the many great finds...
Read moreI love this charming little gem in Winfield. I visit often and always find a treasure. Three floors of gorgeous items and beautiful displays by the vendors. Folks running the place are super friendly and helpful. In warm weather, they have tons of outdoor and garden items in front of the building beckoning you to come in. These gorgeous time-worn relics are waiting for you to take them home! Every time I go there, there's coffee and cookies welcoming us and checkout is a breeze. Highly recommend. P.S. right now the vendors do a beautiful job with their Christmas displays. P.S.S. Visited on Mother's Day 2025, and owner had a beautiful gift for all customers. She had a small bouquet of flowers in an assortment of gorgeous glass bottles. The flower was a coral rose, white bleeding heart and lily of the valley sprigs. Incredibly beautiful, thoughtful and generous. So sweet! Thank you to...
Read moreThe entrance was by far the worst of this store experience in my opinion. I definitely agree with some of these reviews of it being not welcoming. Walking in, it was completely silent and very overwhelming with everything being so clustered. It's hard to take your time here when your busy trying not to step/hit anything through the aisle. There are 3 levels here and felt very unsanitary as well(air fresheners/sanitizer stands would help). Many pieces looked like they were not taken care of and noticed many spiderwebs/dust bunnys. I understand it's antique store but with how antique these things are, there should be more TLC for things going on the shelf and keeping these valuable things clean and presentable(more organization would be appreciated).
Overall many cool finds but hope this helps with upgrades...
