Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winfield

Placed an online order 10/17/18 a little after 5 pm. My husband picked it up and brought it home. The super supreme I ordered was made wrong so we called to have it replaced. My husband went to pick it up and was given yet another pizza that was made incorrectly. When he called back up there the assistant manager Renee on duty argued with my husband telling him that there were not very many olives on the pizza because we had ordered extra toppings and if they put to much they get into trouble. The pizza had no olives at all on it. I called her back and informed her that I did not order extra toppings, only substituted two of the toppings and that there were no olives on the pizza. She continued to argue with me. Made me so angry that I took the pizza back up there and asked for her to show me just one olive on that pizza. She proceeded to tell me there were olives on it when she made it. I told her this is what my husband brought home. I told her how I was treated was wrong and that I would be contacting her general manager and the corporate office. Update..... Just bit into the third pizza and it has Italian sausage on it.... Of which spurred the original complaint. So still an incorrect pizza. Three trips for an incorrect order and not...

Will NEVER eat here again. I ordered one of those new steak and cheese things that they have on the menu and pasta and breadsticks a couple weeks ago. Within 4 hours of me eating I was deathly ill. It was so bad I had to go to stopwatch Urgent Care. I got there and they immediately told me I needed to go to the emergency room. Went to the ER and they diagnosed me with a parasite in my bowels and foodborne transfer of illness similar to the Norovirus. They said it was likely from the unsafe handling of food that I had ingested within the last 12 hours and the only thing that I ate within the last 12 hours was Pizza Hut food. It's obvious that they do not use safe handling practices or their food is simply contaminated. Eat at your own risk! I wanted to post this review before now but it took me almost a week to recuperate from the extreme sickness that I endured and then it took me several more weeks to recoup all the time and money I lost from work. I'm still paying on the hospital bills....

My dad placed an order to Winfield, AL Pizza hut yesterday, on 10/22, and called and spoke to someone on the phone, and they told him it would be ready in like 20 minutes. So, he went to pick it up, one lady was outside in the parking lot smoking, and he pulls up to the window, a woman opens it, and she doesn't say anything and just stares at him angrily, and then he says he had an order, and the woman doesn't even look for it and says "It isn't here." And he says he called 20 minutes ago, and she still gave him attitude and asked if he ordered some other way, and he said no, and she was still rude and said "Well, we don't have it."

He asked to speak to the manager, and she said "I AM the manager." Then he asked for her name, and she said "I ain't giving you my name." Then she slammed the window shut in his face.

Thankfully, he didn't live far away, but imagine if it had been someone who did, and drove all the way there for that order that they called in, and got that treatment? Awful, awful...
