EDIT: 3/5 now instead of 1/5. Graves called back again and clarified everything and we were able to resolve the situation that I wrote about below. I'm still disappointed with the breakdown in communication that started the whole thing and even when I asked other questions in previous phone calls there was a lot of being put on hold and then unsure answers being given. I would recommend making sure your customer support personnel are trained a little better and know more answers to store policies so they do not have to put every customer on hold multiple times to answer simple questions.
Very disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism and communication with my first (and last) attempt at using Graves. First I tried scheduling a COVID vaccine appointment for my son and I was told they were doing a full day of vaccinations so I could just bring him in then. I told them I would prefer to make an appointment and I got a snotty response of "just bring him in for the day of vaccinations". Okay..... So I filled out the consent form online and was contacted shortly after to confirm everything. I specifically asked if I would need to be there since I had signed the consent form online. I was told NO, I do not have to be there. Later in the day my son walks to Graves and is turned away for his COVID vaccine (a vaccine that NOBODY should be turned away for in my opinion, considering the current state of the world) because I'm not there..... I'm unable to leave work at this point because I've already taken the lunch that I would have used for this if I had been told I needed to be present..... Incredibly poor communication and far from professional in my opinion. Sad when major corporation pharmacies like Wal-Mart are better than the hometown ones, but definitely shows even more why they're...
