Terrible customer service!! Would give Zero stars if that was an option. Purchased 2 gallons of paint that were not the color I ordered. Didn’t realize until I had to purchase more paint to finish the job. Color wasn’t even close and had to spend several hours repainting with the correct color. Refused to give me any refund even though they mixed it wrong. Wasted $80 and several hours of my time. Cashier was rude and said she didn’t care if I ever came back or not. My husband called to see when they closed and said he needed mulch. We got there and I went in to pay for the mulch. Three male employees were standing at the registers. When I told them what I wanted one of them made a big deal of looking at his watch and told me I was pushing it. This caught the attention of another customer who wondered why he said that. He told me twice that they were closing in 6 minutes. 6 minutes. We got our mulch and pulled out at 5:59 as he was locking up. I could have spent my $100 elsewhere, and probably will...

Very disappointed and poor representation for the ACE franchise. Just moved to the area and thought I would check it out. Haven’t shopped in many ACE stores and always found them to be clean, organized and helpful. From the time I would into the entrance I noticed the difference. Tge entrance was not clean and was “thrown together”. There was stock in the aisles, small and cramped. I was really surprised. No employee to greet or answer questions. Won’t shop there...
